TELEPORTATION

IT IS 2010! Why aren't we TELEPORTING yet? Its TIME! Oil is so old and outdated and clearly a big MESS. Windpower would be nice but what's taking so long. We're talking BIG FANS!?! Solar = no-brainer.

I saw this scene while walking down a residential street in Brooklyn. What is this, BladeRunner? Am I in the trenches?

SURVEY - The Super 8mm Cityscape Film

SURVEY was "completed" in 2007.
I always figured it would be a silent film (as it stands now) but at nearly 45 min., I understand that can be a challenge for the average viewer, so I have been developing a soundtrack of sorts.

For now, enjoy this extended trailer for SURVEY, Part 1 of the ARCH CINE 3.

ASK YOURSELF THE SAME QUESTIONS

One way to offer a sense of what this project is all about is to allow everyone out there to sample and try to answer some of the questions I directed to the video's interview subjects.

How would you respond to the following:

1. CHANGE is not a factor for some people. They are resistant or shielded; pushing the forces of change to the subconscious, or they may lead a very stable life.

2. CHANGE is a is a common singular event embraced with a reevaluation or revelation.
It is a moment of clarity, punctual, and defines behavior
It can have positive and negative effects brought on by positive and negative agents.
war, peace, birth, death, violence, learning and discovery, experimentation.

3. CHANGE is a constant, an ever present factor in life, reactions powered by this awareness accordingly.

Where do you fit in?

Did you ever want things to stay just as they are; without change?

Did you ever hit a milestone or learn a personal lesson?
Please describe this process.

When was the last time you tried something challenging for the first time?

What did it feel like to succeed?
What did it feel like to fail?
How long did that feeling last?

What did it smell like?, look like?, sound like?

Have you ever felt you’ve solved a personal mystery?
What was that experience like?
What did you attribute that to? Did you seek the answer or did it come to you?
What made the conditions right for that to happen?
Was it a private or public moment?

What was the last global event that caused you to notice or have some concern about?
POSITIVE EVENT
NEGATIVE EVENT
What were some of your initial thoughts surrounding this event?
Do you remember specifics?

Did someone ever try to challenge your way of thinking?

When was the last time you noticed something about a defined public space was suddenly removed (a fixture removed)?
